HHKB Pro 2 Silent for me. Expensive as hell, but the most buttery smooth typing experience I've ever had. Totally worth it. I don't like other mechanical keyboards because I think they are way too loud. Totally impractical for open offices and it annoys me when I am trying to think. The layout takes a while to get used to but after a month of carrying it from work to home and using it constantly I got the hang of it. Plus I'm a fan of the retro beige color scheme, even if my coworkers think I found a keyboard from 1995 out of the dumpster.

Memory usage admittedly isn't great right now (2GB or 4GB for 100+ users), but it has a great open source community and is constantly improving.
