Users should have control on what kind of notifications are shown to them

• User should be able to disable/enable comment notifications both for in-app and email notifications
• User should be able to enable/disable notifications for their follower's posts and comments
• Other type of notifications should also have a toggle system

This is a much needed feature. To me, it feels like it should have been there in the first place :D

I know the dev team is working hard to implement amazing features. With due respect, please consider adding notification preferences.
