What I built: A tool that reads your PRD like a skeptical senior engineer would — flags missing error states, vague requirements, and edge cases you forgot to spec. Gives you a readiness score before you embarrass yourself in handoff.
What worked well: The "AI engineer simulation" layer — it doesn't just check structure, it argues with your spec the way a dev would in a PR review. Caught things I'd missed after 3 manual reads.
What I had to fix manually: Prompt tuning. Getting the AI to be harsh enough to be useful but not so harsh it flags everything as a blocker took way more iteration than expected.
