Everyone knows people are people are mostly acquiring these certifications using previous dumps. The questions remains mostly the same, at least in India.

Depends what other degrees you already have.

As an engineer, no-one has ever asked me if I have any language-specific certifications; apparently engineering trumps it. Same is probably true for a computer science degree. If you have no degree or tertiary qualifications that could open doors for you, you might benefit from it.
