Heroku has a free tier which is fairly limited. It is good for trying out experiments and hobby projects but for production applications prices go up fairly high.
Similarly AWS provides you free credits for a year when you sign up. Again it is fairly limited.
Your best bet is to opt for a lower range subscription for a service like DigitalOcean, Linode or Lightsail.
