The spec option in babel-preset-env makes the transformation more spec complaint. But, not activating it will create any problems in how it works?

This is similar to hashnode.com/ama/with-babel-team-cj7awmk5e00ij54w…. It might but we try to make the default as spec compliant as possible so the things in spec might be too slow to add in.
