unfortunately, those licenses do not apply in all countries.
For example, in Germany, even if your license states that there is no warranty for your code, you are actually still responsible by German law. That header does not hold before court over here.
Also, I don't know the particular license situation, but I am very skeptic about China (maybe a Chinese member could clear that up a bit?)
