@lisol, sadly he won't be able to. The basics of Block I/O say that everytime there is a Write operation in an empty cluster (a "deleted" file), some bits are damaged of the old file. Unless @kelley_harris has low I/O on the machine, recovering the data will be a waste of time, and effort.
