I just applied to Hashnode's Front End Designer/Developer position. I'm wondering if you have any advice on the application and interview process.

Thanks for all your kind words, it really means a lot to hear that you feel safe and accepted over here. We're all doing our best to keep this a safe place for everyone and we'll always do so.
As for the application process, I did the same thing as you. I can't really talk about the whole process due to the NDA, but rest assured that you'll get some response as soon as the rest of the team goes through the applications. Don't worry, there's nothing scary about the whole process, it's pretty streamlined.
