@maruru I've had some Github issues (got caught in a reply-all mailing list with 90k developers who weren't happy about being on a reply-all mailing list) in the past and when I contact support I got the distinct impression that what used to be a lot of human jobs at Github had been replaced by algorithms - except that the algorithms were a little too ban-happy, so I kept getting my account (and all my sites/repositories) taken offline automatically because of another bug they were having.
After contacting them a few times after being wrongly auto-banned over and over I got the impression that perhaps they automated too much with algorithms too soon and that there weren't enough actual humans around to get the job done right. They added me to a special whitelist so only a human can actually ban me now, I'm protected from the accidental auto-robo-bans. What a circus!
