@emilmoe has a point. you are basically offering smoke and mirrors in exchange for labor, which is totally fine but this might be the reason why talented people doesn't want to join in. I know you cannot afford salaries for all who joins but you can change the strategy and create excitement around your project, share mockups, videos on how you picture it will work and why is the next big thing and why is a good idea to join you on that adventure
