I'm a father of two (even though my son is only two months old), so I don't have too many options. Oh wait, do I?
On weekdays after I put down my keyboard, me and my daughter go shopping. Arriving home we feed the dogs, have dinner, take a bath/shower, and go to sleep. Bo-o-ring. Luckily the little girl goes to kindergarten, so she gets enough play for the day.
Weekends are more interesting. We draw, paint, build stuff (LEGO anyone?), do chores (yes, even three year olds can do it, if you make it a game), hike, go to a beach, refurbish our house, and so on.
When you have kids it's hard to get bored. Also, if you have at least two kids, you will quickly learn a lot about concurrency and multithreading in general as a bonus.
