I don't think this question is based on real world facts. The frameworks you mention have an inherent coupling with CSS (ng-class, ng-style in angular, style and className in react), as does all Javascript/front end development. I am in the process of hiring a front end developers for a busy digital agency in Manhattan, New York City - one the busiest tech markets around - and I would throw away your resume if you said "I know javascript but not CSS." So, to answer your question, no there are not "real" jobs available for developers with just javascript knowledge.
