This youtube video is a beginners' tutorial for building your own wordpress themes, if that's what you meant.
If you're quite new to wordpress, I would also suggest to take a look at Wix - which is essentially the same as wordpress.
Tried to build one a while ago but didn't have the time ... and it's no longer required.
