How to make a form which already has the names of all towns, districts, states of all countries in the drop down field? Where to get data?

I need to create a form with Country, State, District, Town fields. And, I want suggestions to be shown as soon as people start typing. Then, I need to know, how many people opted for each of these locations.

It is easy to manually write the Country names, but it is difficult to do that for all the other location data? I see these kindof forms with these data in lot of websites. So, how do they do it?

Is there any better implementation of this with Google Maps location search or something? But, I still need the data to be classified into those location based categories...

There is NO code snippet. And, there is no programming language.

This was a simple general question and if your response is delisting it with an automated answer, then good job at delisting me from this platform as well as it no longer serves any purpose.
