We have a requirement which demands building a prototype of Private Blockchain network and Custom asset tokens being passed around. We have currently thought of using Custom Asset Tokens along with Ethereum framework but we are still figuring out the appropriate approach towards building it.

So my question is: Are there any platforms/service that helps us in Rapid development of the prototype? That platform should support private blockchain network which also supports custom currency used within the network.
