Hey look, it's EVERY **ING BOOTCRAP SITE EVER!!! ... and no, that's not a good thing.
Giant screen wasting stock image utterly unrelated to anything to do with what your site is about, little to no content on screen at load making it the equivalent of a spash page, something we've been told for TWO DECADES to stop doing. Overall it's filled with absolutely NOTHING for content, apart from some goofy images that have jack to do with anything.
On the web, text is king; you have none. The homepage only has 680 bytes of plaintext, most of it is redundant, and little to none of it says what it is you ACTUALLY do or why anyone should care!
This failure at content is only exacerbated by the shoddy design, wasting 3 screen heights at 2560x1440 on a page that doesn't even have enough ACTUAL CONTENT to fill ONE screen at 1920x1080!
Under the hood it's an even bigger train wreck of developer ineptitude, though that's entirely inline with what one can expect given the apparent design mentality. Emphasis on the "mental". Endless pointless DIV for nothing, endless pointless classes for nothing, presentational use of classes, DIV + scripting doing anchor or button's job, menu that's for all intents and purposes a run-on sentence, gibberish document structure, static images in the markup, static scripting in the markup, static style in the markup, multiple stylesheets for no reason other than to make the page take even longer to load... laundry list of how NOT to build a website.
As evidenced by the 78k of HTML to deliver 680 bytes of plaintext and ZERO actual content images. (as in literally none of those images belong in the HTML as <img> or <svg>!) -- easily TEN TIMES the html such a relatively simple page should be using.
... and that's before we talk the accessibility failings of illegible colour contrasts, pixel metric fonts, and host of other WCAG violations that if this is ACTUALLY banking/financial related could land you with fines in some countries, civil litigation in others!
Trust me, I just spent the better part of August bailing out a banking group that had pretty much done what you just did, and were hit with a massive back-fine, per-day fines, and FOUR court cases in three countries -- ALL because of the type of artsy-fartsy cookie-cutter style, garbage frameworks, OOCSS mentality, and ignorance of WCAG minimums.
The very methodology by which the site is built is flawed, hence the ridiculous 78k of markup doing 8k or less' job, 700+k of CSS when there is no legitimate reason for any single site to have more than 48k of CSS per media target (that semantic.css asshattery seems to be the lions share of the derp), and 400+k of scripting on a site that I don't see anything that warrants the presence of JavaScript. (though Ghostery does seem to be blocking some form of chat?)
I'm assuming that's "Semantic UI"? They had giant donkey brass to call anything related to what that vomits up or teaches people to do being "semantic" and is an even bigger pike of manure than bootcrap. The ONLY thing you can learn from frameworks or tools like that is how NOT to build a website.
There is little if anything I would salvage from that mess. It might be all shiny and pretty, but for all intents and purposes you've dumped a can of shellac on a pile and gone at it with a buffing wheel.
Or as the joke from the old Wendy's commercial goes... It's a big bun. Big fluffy bun. It's a very big bun.
WHERE'S THE BEEF?
