If you have to judge a CSS designer, what are the 5 questions you will ask?

If you are hiring a UI developer whose main task is to write efficient CSS codes, which 5 questions (or even more) will you ask? and why?

I would rather give them practical tasks that ask basics of CSS. Here are 5 CSS tasks that I will give them:

Assume there are two vertical columns with widths 75% and 25% respectively. I tried to place them side by side but the 2nd column still appears below the first column. What might have gone wrong?
Create a masonry layout using pure CSS.
Create a cube in CSS. Also make sure, the sides are transparent and one can see through it.
Create a CSS spinner.
Can you create a CSS Sprite?

Here are the 5 questions that I will ask:

What is Box Model in CSS? - Every CSS developer should know the basics of box model.
What are CSS Flexboxes? - I think this is the future of CSS. This will be the best way to structure future web apps.
What are Sass, LESS, and Stylus? - They should have the basic knowledge about the CSS pre-processors.
How floats work in CSS? - Many novice web developers fall prey to this concept.
What are your favorite web design workflow tools? - They should be familiar with most popular tools for web designers.

IMO, this should give a clear idea about the CSS developer that I am going to hire. :) Best wishes.
