There is a tags page [1] which lists all the available tags in Hashnode. From my understanding its bit of a static page (updated on some frequent intervals of the day). It will be great if you can add whether the users are following specific tags, if not following then the Follow button can be added. I am really sorry I am not estimating the cost of queries here, but I wish this feature can very well improve the MyFeed section of the website.
