Keep calm and read the documentation — Are documentations the new books for the new technologies?
How do you learn a new technology? I generally find the documentations of the new technologies easy to understand and sufficient.
What's your opinion in this?

Depends on the documentation, a lot of times the documentation is not sufficient and a buying a PDF book to fast-track you is definitely worth it.
