When it comes to being a programmer it's actually really rare for people to ask you what programming degree did you earn, you'll most likely find people ask you what projects did you make (PC/Phone programs, websites, data base, security systems...etc).
Most of the online schools does give you an online degree but their degree isn't really that big of a deal in the programming field (just like most of the other degrees are), people sign up for online coding schools for the knowledge they get from these schools, not the degree. if you want here are some of the best online programming school that are well known for being legit (I tried some of them myself)
Data camp datacamp.com
Code academy codecademy.com
SoloLearn (it's free) sololearn.com
Lynda (not sure if it gives a degree though, you should probably check) lynda.com
Udemy (this one isn't really a coding school but a learning website for pretty much anything. what makes different from online schools is that instead of paying for a monthly subscription, in Udemy you only pay one time for the course you want enroll in, plus some courses offer 30 days money back guaranteed on it)
