I built an MVP using AI tools. Everything looked solid in testing; clean UI, smooth flows, no obvious issues.

Then I had two users log in at the same time and since then things started breaking:

• Data overlap issues

• Inconsistent responses

• Weird session behavior

Nothing crashed, but it clearly wasn’t production-ready.

I realized I focused too much on getting it to “work” and not enough on how it behaves with real users.

For those who’ve built apps this way or worked with an AI app development company, "What’s the first thing you check to make sure an AI-built app is actually ready for real users?"
