How to add Semantic UI to your Vue project

Semantic UI is a rich front-end framework for UI components, just like Bootstrap, strongly based on Javascript/jQuery.

The Javascript integration is not covered by the article and I heard that Vue.js is not compatible with jQuery.

Anyone has a good experience with Vue.js and Semantic UI ?

I tried Semantic-UI-Vue (a wrapper) but it seems not to be ready for production.
