Ah, let's see...

I arrive at the office around 9 in the morning and I do the followings

Go take a cup of coffe and some fruits
Check my email, news, social media for about 10-15 mins
Start working on my tasks for about 4 hours
It's lunch time, I go out for lunch ... and come back at the office after 30-45 mins
Now I cand resume working on my tasks
At about 3 We have the daily scrum
Now another 3 or 3.5 hours of coding

After all this I leave the office, either to the gym, home or meeting with friends and my activity depends on that, usually if I go home I will take a shower, have dinner and continue coding on one of my websites or work on my home automation "gadgets" with ESP8266 or Arduino.
