Hey Marko,

thank you for taking interest in what professionals you want to hire actually annoy and what they might want to see. By doing so, I think you already are ahead of the rest! In the past, I was approached by a number of recruiters (lately, I raised my wage expectations, so they tend to stay away), and here are some things which annoyed me:

Generic mails. There were only one or two who actually wrote a bit about my compatibility with the job
I am fully employed, but received suggestions for project-terminated employments, which would have required me to move
Usually, the wages for the job suggestions were way below what I currently get, even though I explicitly state my expected range in my profile.
Suggestions for jobs, which require technology knowledge I don't have, even though I have a tech list / CV online...

Things I'd love to see:
