As you know we give our most of the time at our office. And few things motivate us to do our daily job/tasks. So I am curious to know what is the unique/different things at your office. It may culture, timing, facility , etc. Excited to hear from you guys.
For me, my company provides a never ending supply of coffee, various nuts, apples and bananas. But besides regular coffee always on tap, we have an in-house cafe with most beverages you could see at a Starbucks or Dutch Bros. Pretty talented baristas. :)
Every quarter all employees (we're a small team - 10 people) go out of the office for 3 days, rent a big ass house on Airbnb and hack on projects that we don't usually build on our regular days. Here we explore crazy ideas, build prototypes that may or may not be integrated to our product. Apart from work we play some sport, there are board games, movies etc.
I work always and <s>temple</s> office is always in my heart wherever I am.
In my previous office, there was a dog 🐕 (many names, I chose Tommy). He used to sit at the front gate and wag his tail at everybody. The strange thing is security guards allowed him inside the office premises. He never eats from the employees, but just wags his tail. 🐶
(Working from home) They allow cats here, hahahaha.
I quit my job after about ten years and joined a new company (in-tech.com) which will help me moving to California <3
Unique or different is, of course, the organization of the new company; flat hierarchies which keep the communication quick and straightforward.

My dog comes with me to the office. Pretty sweet deal.
