I don't get the question.

Devs are devs. Thats the definition if you use such a term what are the designers on hashnode, project managers, hobbiests? non-hashnoders?

If the question means 'how should we call our users' I would vote hashnoders.

But if it's about devs ... call them devs that's what they are.

I have to admit that even after the rewording work (I assume it happened, I see this for the first time as I’m writing this), I had the same first answer. My immediate first guess was really «well... just devs» ;-) We could also suggest devnoders (if I remember the initial name correctly...) But more seriously, if the goal is to have a word to identify people part of the hashnode community (compared to people not - not yet! - part of it, then I believe hashnoders sounds like the most common name people would tend to use, which implies it’s probably the one to pick.
