I work in a big company within a fairly large team. My question is how can I make the most out of my superiors? How can I learn more and get value out of the experienced developers in my team?
Generally, in a big company with a large team, senior developers or superiors are very busy. To learn from them, keep on bugging them. Ask them your doubts by scheduling 10-15 minutes meeting. In a team discussion, always raise your concern.

For starters if your stuck on something do not be afraid to ask for help. When you ask how something works also ask why the superior does it that way. It gives me a deeper understanding of things I'm working on.
For example i always sit down with my senior for one hour a week to discuss code i have written or maybe a problem I'm having on some project. He gives feedback on my code but he can also give me compliments which boosts my confidence! I learn a lot during that hour.
