If it is likely to take 5-10 mins of my time, I take a detour, rewrite it and then come back to what I was doing. Otherwise, I just leave a todo and try to get back to it later. :) What about you?

Similar approach. I try my best to do it then and there. If it looks like it'll take a while, I add a todo and come back to it later.
