InstanceOfMichael I could have gone on another of my rants ripping jQuery to shreds for its bloat and incompetence; what with 99%+ of the garbage I see done in it falling squarely into one of three categories:

1. Stuff that would be less code without the library, NOT counting the library size against the total.
2. Stuff that is CSS or HTML's damned job and has no excuse to even have JavaScript involved.
3. Stuff that has zero damned business on a WEBSITE in the first bloody place.

Or I could have gone on at length about how even the code examples in React's bloody tutorial shows they don't know enough about HTML to even be telling people who to use web technologies...

But I figured people might be sick of hearing that by now.

If you find either of them "easier" or "better" or "useful", you probably don't know enough about HTML, CSS, or JavaScript to be using web technologies in the first damned place!
