They would have to pay the cost of the move, as well as the security and downpayment on my new place at MINIMUM. That's really the make-or-break for me.
They want me to move to them, that's the minimum bid.
My addition to that would be a guaranteed employment period and/or severance pay. It's not enough that they pay to relocate me, they need to guarantee that I will be able to take care of myself should something happen. I've known plenty of people who relocate only for company leadership to change direction and fire people not long after the new person starts working.
