As for your first goal, I say use what you have at least that what I do. All my videos audio on YT were recorded on my phone. No mic at all.
Well, with time we'll get better at editing and making great videos ✌.
As for your second goal, I like the fact that you ask yourself questions and also encouraged yourself too 🙂.
I'm also dependent on my parent and I don't have a means of getting money yet. So if I was in your position I'll also be very scared not to mismanage money. So I can't give any feedback on this topic...
But you've got what you put your mind to do 👍.
