The frontend team had strong React experience, while the backend team specialized in .NET. For this project, React and .NET therefore offered the most practical combination: the team could deliver efficiently, collaborate across established boundaries, and maintain the platform without introducing unnecessary technology or training overhead.
Other stacks could have supported the use case, but this choice best matched the organization’s existing resources and capabilities.
