I'm absolutely supportive of people making big life decisions, I've relocated as well because of my personal growth. As I'm getting older, my job is not the most important thing in my life and I'm looking for a better work/life balance.
I just love this place.
Completely agree. The perks they offer are not worth the trade-off for mental health and overall life satisfaction.

Very interesting. As someone intending to specifically look for a job in specific locations to be relocated to when I jump to a programming job, this has definitely given me some things to think about and consider. I don't think I will change my intentions, but will certainly give more thought to any offers when the time comes.
