Genuinely curious what other builders here think about the three-sided structure. Most of the marketplace analysis I've read assumes two-sided as the default — would be interested if anyone's worked on three-sided systems and has perspective on the cold-start problem. what even is a three-sided marketplace? idk how that works but sounds super useful tbh. i coulda used this when i was trying to figure out my own biz. good luck with it!
