That refinement will make the walkthrough much stronger. One useful addition is a small threshold table that shows expected retention value, outreach cost, precision, and recall at several operating points. It makes the choice auditable for a product team and also exposes how sensitive the conclusion is to uncertain lifetime-value assumptions.

The 79.7% accuracy is much less actionable than the 58% churn recall, especially when the retention intervention has a real cost. I would choose the decision threshold from expected value - saved customer lifetime value versus offer and contact cost - then report the precision-recall point at that threshold rather than defaulting to 0.5. The fiber-optic coefficient is also worth treating as a hypothesis, not a cause, because it may proxy for plan mix, price, or region.
