Heheheh you nail it: It's all about measure.

For my part, I found myself at best when I achieved to maintain a good balance in :

Producing/practicing something (code, article, configured software)
Aquiring knowledge
Reordering/cleaning things (data, my desk...)
Détente (Yeah Netflix is ok ;-p )
Optimizing thing (making something better, faster, cleaner)
Networking (meeting people, creating social and emotional links)

Sorry for the cheesy accronym, but it helps me remember all the vital aspect I don't want to neglect, and if it seems a little bit "hair-pulled" it's because it comes from French words and I had to find a matching translation in english.

No problem, it was very clear ^^. (Maybe because my native language is French too ^^)

But to come back to the subject, I think that it's a good way to think like this. Everything on the world need to be seen with a "not too much" and "not too few" view.

Actually, we too often neglect moments of relaxation, which are nevertheless beneficial and allow us to hold on during more difficult periods.
