I especially agree with the first and 11th. ;)
Everyone should know that emails Always 'sound' and feel different from in-person comments, even if the words are the same. To me, it is especially important to take extra care to be polite.
Bonus. The eleventh (to me) was 'Learn to write effectively.' Good writing is so difficult. Getting the tone correct is hard enough, much less not straying from the point.

I do agree they go hand in hand. Much context is lost with writing. With teams increasingly going remote, it's important to check the tone of how you're writing is coming across.
