This is very useful. DevRel can feel a little disorganised in the beginning but as more clarity and alignment is found, DevRel programs evolve into meaningful sales, marketing and product functions
Thanks for the thoughts, Anthony. It can certainly be used to help you form and grow your DevRel program, but if it doesn’t work for your program then don’t force it. The most important thing is that you’re listening to your business leaders to understand their goals, and you’re listening to your users to understand theirs.
