I didn't know about the situation in Nigeria. I had heard stories of people not having a laptop and borrowing laptops from the "rich people" only for a few hours a day (maybe 30-60', if they were lucky).
I just recently learned the problems with PayPal and other similar payment methods. I thought these companies are global and they have sorted out these things.
About the unemployment, I don't have anything to comment on. It's just terrible. Knowledge is knowledge. It doesn't matter if you have a udemy certification, a university degree, or nothing at all. No one can deny that you know stuff, you know how to code, you have build projects and so on.
