You can also opt for TunnelBear since it offers 500MB for free. It works great, and I think it's even cheaper than ExpressVPN. I really love how openly they communicate with the users.
As for general use of VPN, I really support it. It's useful when you want to work from a coffee shop or just stay safe at all times.
