Shaurya Agrawal I think that the teachers are reluctant to try new things as they will be held accountable for them if in case something goes wrong. The system should be such that teachers aren't afraid to try new things.

People lost most of their creativity right after passing 2nd grade! Absolutely true! All we learn after 2nd grade is to 'rot' learn which is detrimental to our creativity. Just because a type of system has been in use from the industrial age doesn't mean we have to follow them. Adding creativity into the curriculum and not as a side-something would actually enable us to be creative.
