I think for me, it depends on your goal. Do you want to be a company guy or a freelancer, most of the Big companies requires a degrees, however freelancers doesn't need a degree. University degree is good for getting lots of contacts and maybe help you to get internships and of course you will get a paper like diploma/certificate but usually takes 4-5 years and very expensive, however with bootcamp it's better if you already have the experience to further improve the skills you already have and get a practice/experience working with latest technologies. Bootcamp is much cheaper compare to a cost of University degree but I think you can learn a lot from it in just like 3 or 6 months of time, and most of them will help you to set your career.
