informative and nicely written. although for the documenting the technical specification, I believe there are way more popular and used softwares like: Jira GitHub ( /docs , or Wiki, or Project sections) Notion (seen some companies use Notion heavily Markdown enabled platforms, like the new Writerside. Google Docs isn't the best for technical docs with code blocks.

If I get you correctly, then honing your English skills is the best way out. There's a book, Oxford Guide to English Grammar. Either it or a similar one will always come in handy if you're planning to stay in Technical Writing for long.
