I appreciate how it's feeling on hand and lag needs to be 0. I've used Logitech M705 mouse many years. Battery age in this mouse is very long (3 years). There is no cables in this mouse, and still not lagging. I also like the middle scroll on this mouse cause there is two modes on that (stepped and free roll). Also side forward and back buttons are quite useful in windows system. I also use same mouse with OSX without problems, only that sideb uttons doesn't work in same way (maybe can fix this). So I can recommend this mouse... Next mouse that I'll choose could be MX Master version. My friend have this mouse and I tested it out and also feels very good in my hand. I have also OSX magic mouse, but rarely use that. Magic mouse functions is really good on OSX, but it doesn't fit on my hands well... Somehow it doesn't feel agile as Logitech MX mouses. And I do not like the mouse click feeling on that mouse. But big plus on that mouse comes from touch commands, those is something that I miss in many other mouses :)

When I was started to learn JavaScript from scratch I found one of the best tutorial resources from thenewboston.com (Bucky Roberts). I guess there is nowadays many good tutors in YouTube. But Bucky was the first one that came to mind... and he is also quite funny guy while he teaching... You want to index the thing that you can uniquely identify by. This is maybe too "rookie" answer, but for me it helped a lot to understand what to index.

I think building simple services where use JavaScript and databases will teach you a lot. I think you can figure out many ideas based simple info that you can spread to page. It could be e.g. "Movie Collection", "Rating Service", "Dating Service", "Playlist Builder", "Simple Notebook", "Link Collection Page", "Sport Diary" .... There is so much possibilities with simple data. And do not worry about if there already exist similar services only, so what, because you can do your own version! ;) And most important of all is keep ball rolling, even with the most stupid ideas! :) Ps. You don't even need to use databases at the beginning. Maybe just manual data. Just wanted pointing out that, because almost everything need somekind database. So it's great to handle it in someway. I just asked yesterday about "Easies database" and got great answers!

I think that blogging point is very good. I have found many times that it keep me more motivated while writing breakdowns about processes. Blogging is also great way to make notes for yourself. Same time as you share great info with others and made good marketing for yourself, you make "diary" about your learning process. I've found this priceless many times while going back there and see how I've done something.

Woooow. There is so many options to choose. I didn't except that many option :) I think simple could be something that is in just one file, does not need to install, where user can easily store and get data.... Sounds like text file, json or similar :) But as you already said this propably lead me to "re-inventing databases all over again". Thanks for sharing this great list!
