New sidebar design

We cleaned it up. New header, better empty state, less noise. Easier to scan and use.

Prompts that match where you are

The suggestions change based on your draft. Staring at a blank page? You'll see brainstorming prompts. Already written a few paragraphs? Options to tighten, restructure, or expand what's there. Small thing, but it makes the AI way more useful.

Word count in the toolbar

Live word count right in the editor toolbar. You can see it while you write. No need to select text or open a menu.
