I don't know if people will stop using React. Probably some will, because of licenses or because they see a problem with the patent-clause, which they did not examine closely enough when they started using React. Well, whatever. Possible solutions to use instead of React include:
WebComponents (as standardized by W3C)
Vue.JS (MIT)
Preact (MIT)
ReactNative uses the same license as React, so yes, it is also affected (see license terms on GitHub)
