Is it OK to include a message that describe my passion, hard working, willing to learn in the CV, because all info in the the CV are just rigid tech stuff
Yes, it's called a cover letter.
Yes, but it's best to be specific and say why you care about certain things. If you write good team player, results oriented, passionate blah blah blah you might as well not bother because everyone else writes that too.
Try and find something to say that's unique to you and be objective, factual with evidence that'll make you stand out. don't be afraid to inject a little personality, but if you're not sure then err on the side of 'better safe than sorry'... get someone to proof read it :)
Write a short description under the heading of 'Mission' or of some sort...

Usually your CV/Resume is accompanied by Cover Letter, which is essentially what you want, however it should be a separate document.
Keep it short, concise with bullet points. Often, these cover letters are skimmed through and if your future employers like what you have to say, it will give you a better chance at getting selected.
