I would prefer to focus on the technologies listed above and I often present myself as a front-end developer however it's clear that those technologies are barely afterthoughts in front-end development communities. Which always leads me to wonder if I am mistakenly associating those techs with the title.
Should there, or is there, a different title for people focused on those technologies?

I don't ever seem to get many responses, if any, when discussing these kinds of technologies. It's a bit heartbreaking. As far as I'm concerned, front-end development should focus on these techs. Everything else needs to be a part of a separate wheelhouse.

I think you're right in classifying them as frontend technologies. The question, however, is if your potential customers think so as well. You could try to lookup a high end media agency in te area and see what terms they use in their job listings.
