It all depends on the type of post you'd like to write. Is it something that's going to be relevant a year from now, or is it something that's hot right now?
Also, who is your audience? Do you expect them to google your stuff or would you like them to discover you through social media?

Gijo Varghese gave you a great example. Numbers and power keywords make the title sound more appealing on social media. Keep in mind that he didn't leave out keywords "Google Fonts in WordPress". Some people choose to use titles which sound more appealing and they trend on soc media, but after a week or so, people can't find these articles organically if keywords aren't there.
Numbers also work well on soc media, as well as "I've [achieved something] with [technology]" or similar bombastic titles.
